Need something fun to soothe your transition from work mode to summer weekend mode? Who’s up for a little W O R D association game?
I invited the super talented Ananda Leeke for this less than conventional interview to get you in the mood. Andanda said it got her out of her analytical mind. See where it takes you!
Summertime
is Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite CD.
Leaps
are necessary to move forward.
Women
are powerful people.
Love
of self and others is a blessing and a necessity.
Fruit
– Organic fruit like mangos, water melon and strawberries make my tummy smile inside.
Chocolate
is cool, but I am allergic to dairy and soy so I tread lightly.
Musician
– Alice and John Coltrane are amazing spiritual and creative jazz musicians.
Must read
my Science of Mind and my journal entries daily; and Yoga Journal, Oprah, More and bunch of other magazines monthly.
Can’t live without
raisins because they go in almost everything I eat … seriously.
Beach or mountains
– A beach is healing, fun, relaxing and just filled with the spirit of play.
Connected
– I am connected to myself and others when my heart is open.
Smiling
is a great beauty secret and a way to do mouth yoga. Stretching the mouth muscles is good for the soul and face.
My fave ride
is an airplane because I have been traveling solo since I was seven.
I always
start my morning with meditation, Reiki and yoga.
Sultry
is the way I feel when I put ylang ylang oil on.
Relationships
are opportunities to love, share, connect, heal, grow, create, laugh, play, and learn.
